We offer three levels of post-construction cleaning
- Rough Clean - during this stage we remove any debris, trash, leftover material and other items that cannot be vacuumed. General sweeping or vacuuming will then follow. Removal, and the cleaning of stickers from doors and windows are also included in this phase (.15-.30 cents a square foot).
- Final/Deep Clean - during this phase a more detailed and focused degree of cleaning. This includes very careful and meticulous cleaning for areas such as bathrooms, sinks, showers, toilets, cabinets, shelving, countertops, and more. Every square inch is covered, from door frames to windows. Settled dust, debris, and dirt are wiped clean and all areas are sanitized (.30-.50 cents a square foot).
- Touch up Clean - The final stage of post construction cleaning is the touch-up clean. During this phase, the property is polished and “white glove” services are offered to get the property ready for viewing. (.20-.40 cents a square foot)
